Lebanese Library Association Logo

The Lebanese Library Association (LLA) is an association founded in 1960 with the vision of being the national home of library and information professionals in Lebanon. Its mission is to provide leadership for the development, promotion and enhancement of the library and information sector to in turn provide quality services to the Lebanese community.

As one of the objectives of the association is “to develop active and meaningful communication among its members” LLA is organizing in collaboration with Asia and Oceania Section- International Federation of Institutions and Associations (IFLA) its 4th annual conference, in Beirut, Lebanon, on May 9-11, 2018, under the theme: Innovative libraries: Paths to the future. Why talking about innovation now? Technology and Innovation have had radical influence on the way libraries do business, and in this time of radical change and innovation, libraries need to be prepared for the future.

This event will definitely help in strengthening the cooperation and collaboration between LLA and the Lebanese and Arab librarians; furthermore, it will offer great networking opportunities and an excellent venue for the exchange of expertise.

It is worth noting that ensuring a successful event depends deeply on your generous contribution. Acknowledgement will be publicized on all promotional visuals, LLA website, LLA Facebook page and more.

Kindly select your sponsorship option: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum and try to respond by December 31, 2018.

We thank you in advance for your significant collaboration and look forward to hearing from you soon.
