LLAGroup is an electronic discussion forum hosted by the Lebanese Library Association. It provides for the exchange of information, assistance, resources, and networking among information professionals. The purpose of the LLAGroup is to create a safe space for professionals in a field that can often be isolating and personally taxing.

Above all, please respect each other on this list as we strive to create a network of solidarity.

Subscription is free and open to anyone to share your activities, start building your network, and stay connected.

LLA reserves the right – without notice to the subscriber – to refuse, terminate or suspend subscriptions and to reject or delete, messages that are unsolicited/commercial, off-topic, abusive, obscene, in violation of copyright laws, unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, unacceptable or violate these Guidelines. To Join LLAGroup:

1. Sign in to Google Groups.

2. In the box at the top, enter “LLAGroup”.

3. To join a group, click “Join group” or “Ask to join group”.

4. Once you ask to join a group, the LLA contact needs to approve your application before you can participate in that group.

5. After you have requested to join LLAGroup, you will receive a confirmation email.

6. Now, you can join in the discussion

• If you do not have a Google account, you can only search and read the posts in public groups.
• You need a Google Account to join the discussion.
