Tala Zein, born in France in 1983, I hold a PhD in business law from Aix Marseille III University. I am a lawyer and a member of the Beirut Bar Association. I have been teaching at the Lebanese university and the Beirut Arab University since 2014. In 2018, I was appointed as Secretary General of the Lebanese National Commission for Unesco in the ministry of culture where I assume my managerial missions. I pursued my studies in International commercial arbitration and gained my diploma in 2017 from the Chartered institute of Arbitrators of which I am a member. I am also a member of the board of directors of the Beirut Arab university human rights center.
